Our mission

The mission of the IRSA Foundation for the Promotion of Culture, assisting the IRSA Institute, is to support educational, cultural, scholarly activities, research, and publishing (in particular of the art-historical scholarly journal ARTIBUS ET HISTORIAE), as well as  to supply resources of  academic libraries, research institutions and museums (especially in books published by IRSA and ARTIBUS ET HISTORIAE).

An important goal of the Foundation is to organize symposiums and conferences. The aim of IRSA Foundation is also to support international academic relations in the field of art and culture.

In 2016 the IRSA Foundation has been granted the charity status and is accepting donations.
